Jim finished trade school at the top of his class in 1984. He was also a Smog Tech in his early career. Jim
found he had a knack to 'fix most anything' and found transmissions and differentials more challenging.
Jim has been rebuilding differentials and transmssions for over 20 years. Known as the gear guy in Vacaville,
he surprised everyone when he built the 454 for the Chevelle. Most people had no idea he knew how to build an engine.
Jim has extensive knowledge and expertise in the automotive repair industry. Jim still attends transmission
and other vehicle repair seminars on a regular basis.
Elizabeth is the shop manager and co-owner with Jim.
